FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT HAIL.

Is PDR a quality repair option for my vehicle?

Yes, PDR is the recommended repair method by all major insurance companies to repair the hail damage on your vehicle. It’s faster, produces a superior result, and saves the value of your vehicle by maintaining the original factory paint.

Will the dents return and is there a warranty?

The dents definitely will not return and YES we provide a 100% satisfaction guaranteed, lifetime warranty as long as you own your vehicle.

What is the repair time?

The longest part of the repair is waiting for your insurance to approve the repair. Once this is done our qualified technicians can usually repair your vehicle in 2 – 4 days.

Will this claim reflect on my insurance policy's rates?

No, absolutely not,  Insurance providers  classify claims into two categories: (1) Collision, and (2) Comprehensive. Hail damage is a comprehensive claim and is considered an act of God. Acts of God will not increase insurance rates.

Do I have to go to the shop my insurance company suggests?

No, as a policy holder, the choice is yours.  Direct repair body shops work under contract for the Insurance companies and repair cars per contract guidelines. In most cases they use inferior parts "aftermarket or salvage" to repair cars. We work for the customer and repair cars per the manufacture guidelines.
